Exchange Only – No Refunds
At Cocoon, we currently offer an exchange-only facility. Kindly note that refunds, cancellations, or returns for cash, bank transfer, or store credit are not available.
When Is An Exchange Accepted?
We are happy to assist with an exchange in the following cases:
If the item received is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, or
If a wrong size was delivered by Cocoon.
To maintain fairness for all customers, change of mind, personal preference, color choice, or size selection made by the customer are not eligible for exchange.
Exchange Details
Exchanges are processed for the same article/style only.
Exchange will be done in the same size.
In case a wrong size was delivered, we will exchange it with the correct size, subject to stock availability.
Exchange with a different design, style, or category is not possible.
Exchange Request Timeline
Exchange requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
Requests received after this timeframe may not be accommodated.
Item Condition Guidelines
Items should be unused, unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.
Please ensure all original tags, labels, and packaging remain intact.
Items showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or mishandling will not qualify for exchange.
⚠️ Kindly note that items sent without an EMA number may not be processed.
Final Note
All exchange requests are subject to quality inspection and stock availability. Cocoon reserves the right to approve or decline an exchange request in line with the above policy.
